An opportunity exists for a long term GP in the progressive district of Waimate. The Waimate Medical Centre services approximately 2000 active patient files and has a shared on call roster of 1:4.

Waimate is equidistant to Dunedin and Christchurch and only 3 ½ hours to the Queenstown ski fields. The regions landscape offers excellent outdoor recreational opportunities – mountain biking, native bush walks, boating, fishing and hunting to name a few.
